Daily and Weekly Rates are for up to two persons and INCLUDE Water, Sewer, and Power.
Monthly rates are for up to two people and include water & sewer. Duke Energy Power is metered with no markup, and due within 5 days of the bill or on departure. For all rates, park Wi-fi is complimentary.
**We reserve the right to change any Reservation to another site at our discretion to facilitate the best use of the sites.**
We Only Rent Sites! We Have No Park Models, RVs, Etc., for Rent, and No Subletting
Deposits: The daily stay deposit is one day’s fee. A $100 deposit is required for Weekly reservations. A $300 deposit is required for stays of 1–2 months. A deposit of a full month’s rent is required for a stay of more than 2 months. Deposits are applied to the payment of the first invoice upon arrival, except for $100 held towards the balance of the final Duke Energy electric bill for those renting monthly. Criminal background and credit checks require a non-refundable fee of $57 per person, required for any stays lasting more than 2 months.
Cancellations: A minimum of fourteen (14) days advance notice for daily reservations, thirty (30) days advance notice for weekly reservations, and sixty (60) days advance notice for monthly or more reservations is required for a refund minus the $20 admin fee on deposits. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures for any reason.

The site is reserved by the renter for next season.
The site can be occupied for up to six consecutive months of your choosing when making a reservation.
(Typical: October 1–March 31), but may be amended to fit your needs with the approval of the office.
RVs can be stored in a storage area (no charge) or removed for your travels. Buildings and sheds can be left in accordance with park regulations and management approval annually.
Additional storage can be rented in the storage area monthly if needed. Per 6X6 terms, Snowbird pays electricity for the summer months (minus usage if the site is rented). A $180 electric deposit is required in May. Duke Energy's monthly minimum is $30 plus.
6x6 Rate Lease Period: Runs May 1 through April 30. A deposit of one month’s rent is due by May 1st.
The remaining five payments are due monthly, beginning upon arrival and no later than November 1.
Must be paid in full before off-season departure
Yearly Rate: Starting at $495.00 and up per month plus metered electric bill.
$60.00 yearly fire tax fee due in February for yearly and 6x6 renters
Checks, Money orders, Cash, and Credit/Debit cards are accepted. If paid by card, then the 3% fee is applied
